SDET in Quality Engineering Team

Workday seeks a passionate SDET to enhance our quality engineering team. In this senior role, you will drive the automation of functional, regression, and performance testing for our cutting-edge contract management platform. Strong programming skills, particularly in Type Script, will empower you to own the full testing lifecycle while mentoring junior SDETs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade SaaS platforms

• Implement automated functional, regression, and performance testing

• Enhance scalability through effective load testing strategies

• Define verification criteria with developers and product managers

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks supporting CI/CD

Requirements:

• 8+ years in quality engineering, 5 focused on test automation

• Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium

• 5+ years programming in Java, JavaScript, or Typescript

• Proven test automation framework maintenance experience

• Familiar with testing REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines
