Join Wenco as a full-time Senior Software Developer with a focus on developing next-generation technology. Your expertise in software services will support our Machine Guidance suite of products while promoting technical excellence.
As part of an agile team, you'll tackle complex mining problems, streamline software release planning, and lead initiatives to boost team productivity. You'll engage with Product, QA, and other technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that matter to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in agile development processes with the team
• Design and implement solutions for mining challenges
• Facilitate software release package planning
• Resolve complex customer issues using modern tools
• Promote a culture of improvement and quality
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a senior role
• Cross-platform application development in C# and/or C++
• Back-end and some front-end development skills
• Knowledge of Kanban or Scrum practices
