In this hybrid Software Engineer II role, you will oversee core services powering the Diligent One Platform, from development to deployment. Your knowledge in backend systems architecture, testing methodologies, and cloud services will be essential. You will actively contribute to discussions on secure microservices, ensuring systems meet scalability and reliability criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement backend services using AWS serverless architecture
• Participate in on-call rotations and monitor system health
• Maintain infrastructure as code and embrace CI/CD practices
• Design clear, versioned RESTful APIs for teams
• Develop automated tests as part of the coding process
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Solid understanding of Node.js/Type Script and SQL databases
• Proficient in REST API design principles
• Experience with CI/CD in cloud settings, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of declarative infrastructure tools
