• Proven track record—strong portfolio demonstrating your evolution as an engineer and the impact of your work
• Senior‑level fullstack experience—demonstrated ability to architect complex systems, mentor others, and drive technical decisions. This could come from professional experience, significant open source contributions, or a CS degree combined with substantial project work
• Deep expertise in our core stack:
  JavaScript, Type Script, React, SQL, and Node.js—not just familiarity, but mastery
• Growth mindset—evidence of continuous learning, whether through side projects, open source contributions, or technical writing
• LLM integration experience—hands‑on work implementing AI features in production environments
• Engineering craftsmanship—strong problem‑solving skills, self‑directed learning ability, and excellent technical communication

• Experience with Next.js in production environments
• Polyglot programming background (C++, Rust, Python, Go, etc.) demonstrating versatility
• Track record of building and scaling production systems on AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, or Vercel
• Open source contributions or technical blog posts
• Experience with performance optimization and system design at scale

• Regularly contribute to open source or maintain personal projects
• Stay current with industry trends and actively experiment with new technologies
• Seek out challenging problems rather than comfortable solutions
• View code reviews as learning opportunities, not check‑boxes
• Can articulate technical decisions and trade‑offs clearly
• Actively seek feedback and transform it into tangible improvements
