As part of the AI & Decision Engineering Platform team, you will design and implement solutions that enhance Mastercard’s fraud prevention and identity validation systems. This role emphasizes your expertise in software delivery, mentoring, and Agile methodologies, with a focus on high-performance, secure coding practices. Actively engage with team members and guide them in writing efficient, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage software delivery tasks across various stages
• Develop REST API and web applications
• Contribute to scrum ceremonies with Agile teams
• Coordinate design and coding standards discussions
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Java, React, and SQL programming
• Familiarity with testing tools and cloud-native development
• Strong understanding of API/service standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
