  Design and implement cutting‑edge automated guardrails, continuous patching architecture, and intelligent dependency management to neutralize software vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.

  Partner with Product Management and Security leadership to define a 3‑year technical roadmap that safeguards enterprise identities against traditional and emerging AI‑agent threat vectors.
• Drive Engineering Excellence:
  Establish the architectural patterns, security standards, and automation frameworks utilized across distributed agile engineering teams.
• High‑Impact Mentorship:
  Sponsor and grow Senior and Staff engineers, fostering an organizational culture of “shift‑left” security and robust system design.

• At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of operating as a principal or senior staff architect for enterprise‑grade, large‑scale systems.
