FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS Fin Tech company that enables banks to deploy embedded financial products and services for corporate clients. Our product helps banks remove friction and provide access to banking services through customers’ ERP and accounting platforms.

We are looking for a dynamic, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. Our SaaS platform integrates with major partner banks, placing the team at the intersection of product engineering and high-stakes client delivery. The role requires an engineering background, strong project management skills, and the ability to meet client-facing timelines and revenue-linked milestones.

As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations. You will manage client-facing expectations, navigate evolving bank requirements, and ensure we meet revenue-impacting integration deadlines.

• Lead and coach a team of engineers (typically 4-8 engineers) to deliver complex technical projects and owned features.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to plan, prioritise, and deliver platform integrations.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security in a SaaS environment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client-facing expectations, aligning with revenue-related milestones.
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and mentoring across the engineering organisation.

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, managing a team of 4-8 engineers.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features.
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Growth mindset with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
• Experience in Fin Tech, payments, or accounting/ERP systems is a strong asset.

Salary range for this position is $135,000 – $170,000 annually, with base pay determined by market data. Eligible for a semi-annual bonus program as part of total rewards.
