Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery

• Define and maintain the data model and architecture

• Protect API/data contracts with backend services

• Uphold rigorous quality standards in development

• Mentor engineers, fostering a high-accountability culture

Requirements:

• Track record of Salesforce technical leadership

• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components

• Knowledge in deployment strategies (SFDX, sf)

• Comfort with multi-party project delivery in secure environments

• Proficient communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
