At Two Circles, you'll oversee a dedicated team within our Data Platform organization, leveraging your 7+ years of data engineering experience to build premier data solutions. Partner closely with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to enhance team performance and drive engineering practices that promote collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers with regular feedback and development

• Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Align project goals with stakeholders for predictable delivery

• Champion engineering best practices and SDLC adherence

• Drive adoption of modern technologies and practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years in data engineering, with proven leadership experience

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms, preferably Azure

• Strong grasp of data pipelines and engineering concepts

• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and CI/CD

• Excellent communication skills bridging technical discussions
