Android Connectivity Software Engineer Intern

This full-time internship, running from September 2026 to April 2027 at the Yaletown Office, invites students pursuing BS or MS in relevant fields. You will design and ship features using Kotlin, Java, and C++ while integrating Android APIs for optimal connectivity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate technical requirements into compelling user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and ship features in Kotlin, Java, and C++
• Integrate Android platform connectivity APIs effectively
• Debug and resolve connectivity issues across layers
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams for user experiences
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Canadian accredited university (B.S. or M.S.)
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java, or C++ programming
• Intent to return to school full-time post-internship
• Familiarity with Bluetooth and networking concepts preferred
• Experience with Android APIs is a plus
