BDO AI Engineer - Innovation Lab

In this pivotal hybrid role, you will work with BDO’s Assurance Innovation Lab, focusing on developing intelligent workflows and deploying production-grade AI models. The role requires a collaborative approach with seasoned professionals while having at least 3–5 years of applicable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize machine learning and AI models

• Develop intelligent solutions with generative AI

• Lead experimentation in AI technology

• Ensure model explainability and reliability

• Design and maintain AI-enabled operational solutions

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python; R or Java is a plus

• Familiarity with AI frameworks like OpenAI and Hugging Face

• Mastery of data science tools like Tensor Flow and Py Torch

• Experience with containerization and cloud solutions

• Comprehensive knowledge of LLMs and RAG design patterns
