At Dialpad, you will take ownership of the platformization of shared services, collaborating closely with teams to decouple existing functionality.
Your role involves defining a vision for the next 1-3 years, writing clear architectural designs, and ensuring successful execution of platformization projects. Your expertise will elevate productivity, security, and scalability throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define a roadmap for Shared Services over 1-3 years
• Write clear architectural design documents for team clarity
• Estimate technical resources and project requirements
• Drive execution of Shared Services platformization projects
• Develop features with low defect rates and high throughput
Requirements:
• Strong backend-focused software engineering experience
• Proven ability to architect complex systems
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficient in distributed systems and debugging
• Experience with agile development and mentoring engineers
