• Establish engineering standards for future technical hires
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience shipping SaaS products

• Proven background as a founding engineer or technical co-founder

• Experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling

• Ability to work autonomously during early-stage development

• Full-time commitment required in Kelowna
