Position: Principal AI/ML Engineer at lululemon
Transform lululemon's operations as a Principal AI/ML Engineer, implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions and driving innovative strategies. Collaborate closely with teams to enhance AI capabilities and foster industry-leading expertise.
In this key role, you will lead the design and implementation of AI initiatives that redefine business operations r deep expertise in machine learning systems, generative AI, and MLOps will be instrumental in shaping technical strategies across the enterprise. As a hands-on technical leader, you will collaborate with senior architects and engineering teams to translate AI vision into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the enterprise AI/ML engineering vision

• Implement major AI initiatives ensuring scalability and security

• Develop critical AI platform components and infrastructure

• Partner with teams to shape company-wide AI architecture

• Mentor engineers and promote AI best practices
Requirements:

• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent;
Master's preferred

• 11-15+ years in software and AI/ML engineering

• Expert-level coding with proven production-grade experience

• Strong knowledge of ML models and infrastructure

• Deep analysis of technical trade-offs and implementation strategies
