In this pivotal role, you will implement and optimize state-of-the-art TTS systems, integrating various APIs while ensuring high-quality voice output. Collaborating with designers, you’ll transform complex voice frameworks into effective, conversational experiences for end-users, enhancing the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration of multiple TTS vendor APIs

• Improve latency in the ASR to TTS pipeline

• Apply linguistic expertise for TTS input formatting

• Develop persona systems to enhance voice attributes

• Craft structured and evaluated LLM prompt templates
Requirements:

• 3+ years in Speech Synthesis or ML

• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks

• Background in Computational Linguistics or AI

• Experience with cloud-based backend engineering

• Strong understanding of speech-quality metrics
