Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Software Development Analyst (10+ years) to design, develop, test, and support enterprise integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Services
Join a large-scale Ops Log Replacement initiative supporting operational systems across the Sky Train network. This role focuses on designing and implementing secure integrations between a Microsoft Power Platform-based application and enterprise systems including EAM, SMC, MyHSE, Power BI, and Azure Services. The engagement includes full integration lifecycle activities spanning analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support within a complex transportation environment.
The position offers involvement across cross-functional technical and operational teams supporting critical transit operations.
Must Haves
- 10+ years developing and supporting enterprise application integrations ,
REST APIs ,
SOAP Web Services , and system-to-system integrations - Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps ,
Dataverse , and Power Automate - OAuth 2.0 ,
OpenID Connect (OIDC) ,
SAML ,
Microsoft Entra ,
HTTPS ,
TLS encryption ,
SFTP , and PGP encryption - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Asset management, operations systems, transportation systems, or public sector environments
- SQL Server, T-SQL, data mapping, and data transformation techniques
- Azure Dev Ops source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Enterprise integration patterns, API governance, application security, and cloud-based integration architectures
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and data exchange needs
- Design integration solutions and interface specifications between Ops Log and enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and integration components supporting data exchange between systems
- Configure integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, event-driven, and file-based integration patterns
- Develop and execute integration testing activities supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization problems, and interface failures
- Ensure integrations comply with architecture, integration, and cybersecurity standards
