With over 15 years in software engineering and extensive experience in leading architectural transformations, your focus will be on cloud-native development and fostering engineering excellence across teams. Collaboration with product management and executive leadership will be crucial to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion architectural vision for the Conexiom platform

• Drive modernization initiatives focusing on service boundaries

• Establish architectural principles and governance

• Improve product scalability and developer productivity

• Mentor and uplift engineering talent across the organization
Requirements:

• 15+ years in building large-scale SaaS platforms

• 5+ years in architecture leadership roles

• Expertise with APIs and event-driven architectures

• Deep understanding of CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops  practices

• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
