Position: Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Match Group
Drive innovation and user experience as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Match Group. Collaborate with teams to create AI solutions for dating apps like Tinder and OkCupid, working in a hybrid model three days a week.
This senior role in Vancouver involves strategic projects within the E&E division. You will partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to design, develop, and product ionize machine learning solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Expect to address challenges around fraud, search algorithms, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions for user experience enhancement

• Collaborate to specify product requirements with stakeholders

• Build and optimize scalable machine learning models

• Develop data pipelines for real-time data processing

• Monitor and maintain production algorithms and models
Requirements:

• 5+ years in machine learning or software engineering

• Experience with LLM and commercial ML solutions

• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow

• Excellent programming skills and SQL proficiency

• Familiar with GCP or other cloud platforms
