Position: Senior Director of Engineering at MongoDB
Lead software delivery at MongoDB as the Senior Director of Engineering in New York. Oversee the Pipeline team, enhancing developer productivity through a hybrid work model.
As a Senior Director within our Developer Productivity organization, you'll spearhead the Pipeline team’s mission to create a secure and effective software delivery platform. Your leadership will unify developer tools and drive operational excellence across multiple teams. Crafting a strategic vision, you’ll ensure that software deliverability scales efficiently while positively impacting developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy for end-to-end software delivery pipeline

• Set priorities in partnership with cross-functional teams

• Enhance user experiences while improving system reliability

• Establish metrics to measure developer productivity

• Develop a high-performing management team
Requirements:

• 12+ years in software engineering, production systems

• 6+ years managing distributed teams

• Experience with CI/CD and developer infrastructure

• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and telemetry tools

• Proven ability to define strategy in ambiguous environments
