Contract
Onsite Interview is Mandatory
Consultant will not be considered who
- Cannot code live
- Cannot explain system design clearly
- Want fully remote roles
- Senior backend engineers with Java minimum 10 years experience
- Experience owning services end to end
- Comfortable with Kubernetes and production systems
- Coding is must on onsite interview
- Must explain system design
- Strong problem-solving, coding, and system design
- Java is the primary language and must be strong
- Secondary scripting exposure:
Python or Bash (nice to have) - Strong experience building backend services and APIs
- REST is required
- gRPC is a plus, not mandatory; can be learned on the job
- Dev Ops / Cloud CI/CD using Jenkins
- Docker and Kubernetes experience required
- AWS familiarity preferred, but not required
- Strong SQL experience with Oracle testing
- Unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or Easy Mock
