In this position, you'll leverage your extensive experience in software quality engineering to design and implement innovative testing strategies for both backend systems and AI applications.
Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, advocating for quality best practices, and mentoring junior engineers in testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute detailed test plans for microservices architecture
• Collaborate with AI and Backend Engineers on quality best practices
• Develop quality evaluation metrics for LLM-based applications
• Establish observability and monitoring requirements for products
• Communicate quality insights to stakeholders using Jira and Confluence
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of software quality engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
• Expertise in Python or Java for developing automation
• Familiarity with performance and reliability testing
• Strong understanding of AI standards and testing
