Sr. SharePoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SharePoint Developer with 7–10 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, technical leads and business users to design, develop, customize and support enterprise SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and enhance SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions and reusable components.
• Configure SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, permissions and workflows.
• Customize SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box capabilities and Power Platform.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements.
• Prepare solution design documents, deployment guides and technical documentation.
• Follow coding standards, version control and release management processes.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT development experience.
• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Power Apps and Power Automate.
• REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Content Types and Managed Metadata.
• PnP Power Shell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
• VS Code, Git/Git Hub or Azure Repos.
• Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD awareness.
• Basic understanding of Azure AD/Entra .
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
