Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver reliability projects for service resilience

• Partner with critical services to enhance architecture and scalability

• Manage secure service configurations and secrets effectively

• Improve canary-based release systems and deployment processes

• Advocate for reliability best practices across engineering teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering with production services

• Proficiency in Ruby, Go, and cloud platforms

• Strong experience with monitoring tools like Datadog

• Effective communication of architectural decisions

• Participation in on-call rotations for support
