Role Description

• Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications and services.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the product from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, collaborating with business analysts to understand business requirements and assess the impact of changes on existing processes.
• Design and implement application components, including coding, caching mechanisms, security and encryption, state management, error logging and debugging, scalability, development environment configuration, testing, and code reviews.
• Analyze complex problems, break them into manageable components, and translate solutions into efficient code.
• Determine the most appropriate technical solutions based on project requirements.
• Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Perform unit testing and system-level testing, and validate applications in controlled real-world environments before production deployment.
• Document development tasks to support future troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Identify and help mitigate technical, project, and schedule risks.
• Contribute to project effort estimation and delivery planning.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present recommendations for system improvements, including cost proposals.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
