Posi Trace is seeking a full-time Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our innovative team. With a minimum of five years in software development, candidates should excel in Ruby on Rails and Angular. The position involves designing scalable web applications and collaborating closely with product management for impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications primarily using Ruby on Rails and Angular

• Design, develop, and test applications according to standards

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

• Refactor code and maintain architecture standards

• Collaborate with Product Management and facilitate API documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and SQL

• Strong background in web application development

• Experience with TDD, especially RSpec

• Familiarity with Git/Git Flow for version control
