Shape the future of animation with Bardel Entertainment as a Pipeline Lead - Core. You will drive the design and optimization of the internal pipeline library and implement CI/CD infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Head of Pipeline, this leadership role entails managing a talented team of developers and technical directors. You will ensure high standards in coding and foster collaboration between technical and creative departments. Key skills include expertise in Python, package management, and CI/CD practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead internal pipeline library ecosystem design and implementation
• Own package management strategy and dependency tooling
• Collaborate to resolve workflow bottlenecks across DCC apps
• Mentor and manage pipeline developers for professional growth
• Author recurring pipeline status updates for transparency
Requirements:
• 3+ years in VFX, Animation, or Games pipeline development
• Strong Python proficiency for internal library design
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automated testing
• Familiar with DCC applications like Maya and Houdini
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects
