As part of the Consumer Growth Experience Engineering (CGX) team, you will lead engineers toward achieving quarterly goals and tackle significant challenges in product development. Your expertise in mobile initiatives and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial as you navigate technical constraints and advocate for solutions. This position emphasizes quality culture and talent development within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quarterly goals collaboratively with your engineering team
• Support product development by articulating technical constraints
• Advocate for and lead resolution of process and technology issues
• Monitor team metrics and ensure artifact availability
• Foster quality ownership through code review and standards
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with React Native and native mobile developments
• Proficient in JavaScript/Type Script and backend systems
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
