Senior ServiceNow Developer for Life Sciences

Take the lead as a Senior Service Now Developer (ITSM & ITOM) at Systematix in a remote role focused on life sciences transformation. You will work on advanced ITSM and ITOM solutions to enhance service delivery.

In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Service Now solutions that meet complex infrastructure and business needs. Your expertise will directly influence the scalability, security, and effectiveness of core ITSM modules and ITOM capabilities, including Discovery and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Service Now applications and workflows

• Support core modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog

• Design integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services

• Administer and optimize MID Server architecture

• Produce technical documentation and perform testing

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Service Now development experience

• Strong background in ITSM and ITOM solutions

• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping

• Hands-on integration development experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
