Key Responsibilities:

• Bring up PCIe links on new hardware designs

• Tune parameters on root ports, bridges, and endpoints

• Modify Linux PCI drivers for optimal performance

• Utilize AER and DPC for improved error management

• Develop automated tests using C, C++, and Python

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering

• Strong fluency in C or C++ programming

• Knowledge of PCIe state machines and switches

• Hands-on experience with diagnosing firmware issues

• Understanding of memory allocation processes
