UI Engineering Manager for Apex Legends

This hybrid role requires you to manage a dedicated team of UI Engineers while working closely with UX and UI Art teams in British Columbia or California. Bringing at least six years of software engineering experience, you will focus on the quality, delivery, and maintenance of core UI systems. Mentoring your team and collaborating on strategic UI developments are essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the UI Engineering team
• Own delivery and technical quality of UI solutions
• Collaborate on new UI features with designers
• Address and elevate technical risks
• Review coding standards and practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in software development
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Proficient in C++ and other scripting languages
• Experience with shipping AAA titles
• Insight into Apex Legends and battle royale games
