In this influential role, you will spearhead the design and delivery of control plane systems. With a focus on distributed systems, cloud architectures, and team collaboration, you’ll identify key challenges and execute robust solutions. Your expertise will help define high-impact technical strategies while mentoring engineers at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own architecture and delivery of complex control-plane systems
• Lead technical initiatives and ensure clear requirements
• Build resilient systems with strong observability and SLOs
• Collaborate with multiple teams on design and platform direction
• Mentor engineers and improve the developer experience
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering with backend systems
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Scala
• Strong operational knowledge of SLOs and incident response
• Proven ability to influence cross-team projects
