Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack (Bangkok based, Relocation provided)

Role Overview

• Lead full‑stack architecture and system design for features used by millions of customers.
• Own complex end‑to‑end systems, mentor high‑performing teams and drive engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver cohesive, user‑centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering (web, backend, or full stack).
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript/Type Script and frameworks such as Node.js and React.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end architecture on high‑traffic platforms.
• Strong mentorship, cross‑team collaboration and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
