As the Pre-Production Technical Director, you will be pivotal in developing tools and procedures that meet visual production requirements. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and optimizing existing technologies while collaborating with fellow TDs and engineers to ensure project success. This position combines hands-on coding and mentorship of mid-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of efficient pre-production tools

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical production role in animation

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

• Educational background in Animation, Film, or related field
