Evi Smart is on the lookout for a Frontend Technical Lead to design the architecture for an innovative dashboard platform. You will evaluate existing code structures, make informed architectural decisions, and deliver key frontend features. Demonstrate your capability to lead, mentor, and establish engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the initial frontend architecture with React

• Set standards for state management and component design

• Review codebases with the Manila engineering team

• Define integration methods with backend systems

• Launch the first end-to-end features for user validation
Requirements:

• 10+ years of frontend development experience

• 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity

• Proven track record of driving technical decisions

• Familiarity with establishing code review and engineering standards

• Knowledge of Dev Ops for environment management
