Tech Design Intern:

As a Technical Game Design Intern, you will be fully embedded into Treyarch’s gameplay engineering team. You will do the same hands-on, high-impact work as the full-time engineers, supported by active mentorship and tailored oversight. If you want to build features that will be played by millions of consumers around the globe, this is the place to start your career in game development.

Within this role you will help prototype, implement, and refine gameplay systems, features, and mechanics while troubleshooting issues within existing game code. You'll collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other disciplines to bring gameplay ideas to life, support technical problem-solving, and contribute to balancing and tuning gameplay experiences based on playtest feedback. You'll also document your work and technical processes to support effective collaboration across the development team.
