Elevate customer experience through technology as a Senior Software Engineer at Treasure AI, focused on AI-native systems in a hybrid work environment. You will drive innovations in personalization and customer journey infrastructure.
At Treasure AI, as a Senior Software Engineer on the Realtime/Personalization team, you'll be instrumental in developing the Personalization Studio and RT2.0 engine. Your expertise in either complex frontends or robust backend systems will empower a high-performing squad to deliver mission-critical solutions using deep AI integration. Collaborating closely with product teams will be key as you enhance customer engagement through strategic software design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver features across the Personalization Studio
• Scope complex requirements into executable technical tasks
• Develop backend APIs and ensure React application consistency
• Contribute to architectural decisions on scalability and security
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering with production applications
• Strong backend skills with Ruby, Go, Java, or Kotlin
• Proficiency in React ecosystem with modular UI components
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud deployment patterns
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
