As a Technical Lead in this manager-level role, you will guide a dedicated cross-functional team in building impactful solutions tailored to school divisions. Your expertise in C# and .NET Core will be crucial, influencing technical decisions and ensuring seamless integration within the existing architecture. You will take full ownership of product services from analysis through release, setting the stage for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional scrum team for product service delivery
• Write and review quality C# and .NET Core code
• Produce technical analysis and implementation plans
• Design and implement temporal workflows and event-driven integrations
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues across the .NET stack
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with C# and .NET Core
• Proven leadership in software development teams
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Click House architecture
• Experience with OpenFGA and OAuth 2.0 in multi-tenant apps
• Ability to manage sprint delivery independently
