Service Now Developer

Client Notes
– Must have Financial Services (Banking/Insurance) work experience
– Financial Data Model, Dispute management, Customer life cycle management, Treasury Operation,
Payment operations, Card operations, Loan operation, Claims processing.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Service Now IRM implementation
• Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of IRM Architect
• Experience in Service Now IRM design of Service Now IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Should have worked extensively on Service Now Integrations with other external systems
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management
• Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
Responsibilities:
· Extensive experience in Service Now technology
· Service Now platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model
· Service Now scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web.
· Experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of Service Now.
· Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
· Experience of Service Now solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
