We're looking for a Software Engineer I Co-op to join the Flow Platform Team in Vancouver, BC for an 8-month co-op term. In this role, you will work on a variety of development and platform engineering initiatives across our engineering organization. Software Engineer I Co-ops on the Flow Platform team will be exposed to a broad range of technologies and responsibilities that will help build a strong foundation for a career in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, or Cloud Operations.

The Flow Platform team plays a critical role in supporting engineering productivity, software delivery, infrastructure reliability, and the availability of our customer-facing services. Students currently enrolled in an applicable co-op program at BCIT, UBC, UVic, or SFU will be considered for this role. • Leverage Planview-approved AI tools and engineering copilots to accelerate learning, research, troubleshooting, documentation, and software development activities.
• Design, develop, and test software solutions in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices.
• Participate in peer reviews of source code and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Analyze, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
