You are a hands-on AI Full Stack Development Lead with strong experience leading the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions. You bring deep technical expertise across frontend and backend development, distributed systems, GCP, and AI-enabled application development - along with the leadership skills to guide teams and own complex delivery outcomes.

You lead application work streams from solution design through build, deployment, and production support. You remain hands-on when required while setting technical direction, managing delivery risks, reviewing technical outputs, mentoring team members, and partnering with client and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced delivery environment - you take initiative, drive your own work streams forward, and do not need to be managed task by task.

You will be embedded within a dedicated Agent Onboarding Pod, working as part of a broader Accenture delivery team on one of Canada’s largest enterprise AI programmers. The pod operates autonomously, delivering end-to-end agent use cases for a major client in the transportation sector. You will report to the Pod Lead and work closely with both Accenture platform architects and client development teams on a daily basis.

As a member of Accenture's Software Development and Application Development practices, you will lead the design, build, and delivery of scalable, high-quality applications and AI-enabled solutions for clients across industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver Full Stack and AI-enabled application features across frontend, backend, APIs, integration, and cloud deployment - working autonomously within an agile pod.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs and backend integration patterns using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Contribute to frontend development activities as required, including UI integration, API consumption, and defect resolution using React or Angular.
• Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using cloud-native design principles including Vertex AI, Gemini API, and Cloud Run.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled application features including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, prompt and context design, and evaluation frameworks - working with Google's Gemini API, Vertex AI, and Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes for deployment, configuration, and runtime operations.
• Contribute to solution and cloud architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance, security, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Azure Dev Ops (ADO) CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, Dev Ops, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, communicate progress, and ensure reliable releases.
• Apply and uphold development standards for code quality, security, testing, observability, and documentation - including AI tooling fluency, prompt design best practices, and evaluation-driven development as part of daily delivery practice.
