In this position, you will leverage your software engineering background with at least 5 years of experience to build and deploy transformative AI solutions. You'll work closely with product leaders and a diverse engineering team on projects that integrate deeply into customer-facing processes, placing a strong emphasis on strong engineering practices and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on AI agent development for HR and Finance
• Engage in iterative development within a supportive team culture
• Contribute to team success through mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Own responsibilities from coding to operational deployment
Requirements:
• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Proficiency in web frameworks, preferably Flask or Django
• Experience in frontend development with React and Typescript
• 1+ year with PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Understanding of Dev Ops and CI/CD principles
