At Layer Zero, we're seeking a talented Backend Engineer to specialize in building complex backend systems. This role requires a strong understanding of backend system design, coding in a fast-paced start-up environment, and a desire to learn about blockchain technology. You will take initiative and solve problems independently while contributing to high-volume transactional systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade backend systems
• Write clean, well-tested code for web3 applications
• Design distributed systems to support high transactional volume
• Collaborate on architecture and design with an open mind
• Articulate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Typescript and AWS services
