As a critical player in Agent Factory, you’ll manage a high-performing engineering team dedicated to developing autonomous AI agents integrated into Workday’s ecosystem. Your leadership will drive timely project completion and technical excellence, ensuring all solutions deliver seamless user experiences. Workcross-functionally with product managers and technical experts to elevate our AI capabilities through a high-collaboration culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and mentor a team of expert engineers
• Ensure timely delivery of AI project milestones
• Collaborate with product leaders to solve business needs
• Integrate AI solutions with Workday platforms
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture
Requirements:
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years in engineering leadership focused on AI
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Strong technical background in AI technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
