As a Tech Lead - FDE at Fastloop, you'll guide project delivery by integrating AI solutions effectively. Collaborate with a delivery leader and a change leader to implement innovative AI|OS installations tailored to each client’s needs.
Your role encompasses setting engineering standards and empowering client teams to independently manage their systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and connect client systems for optimized agent access
• Own and architect AI|OS installations for client success
• Set engineering practices and train client technical teams
• Build and maintain systems that operate seamlessly in production
• Ensure security and compliance in all code and systems
Requirements:
• Hands-on AI coding harness experience
• Proven skills in automation and integration
• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops and infrastructure as code
• Deep specialty in at least one technical area
• Experience building real business systems
