As a hands-on Service Now Developer, you will configure, develop, and administer development, staging, and production instances. You will support ITSM and HRSD applications while extending platform capabilities through custom development and third-party integrations. The work includes stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, releases, and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Service Now applications, workflows, scripts, and catalog components
Design and troubleshoot REST, SOAP, OAuth, and webhook integrations
Monitor platform health and optimize scripts and flows
Support ITSM and HRSD workflows and automations
Manage roles, ACLs, permissions, upgrades, and releases
Requirements:
Hands-on Service Now development and administration experience
Strong JavaScript, Glide Record, and Glide Ajax scripting skills
Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development
Understanding of ITSM processes and Service Now solutions
Complex troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
