As a Senior Software Developer, you will manage systems from proposal through adoption within FC Quality Verification Engineering. You will shape technical direction, write code, define success metrics, and mentor engineers. Your work supports EA SPORTS FC teams through large-scale test automation, developer tools, and quality decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-agent state machines and Generative AI testing frameworks
Develop self-healing environments for distributed end-to-end tests
Build statistical validation and calibration frameworks at scale
Improve reusable components and CI/CD workflows
Diagnose failures and mentor engineers through code reviews
Requirements:
10+ years of professional software development experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree with Artificial Intelligence exposure
Proficiency in C# or C++, Python, and version control
Experience designing complex systems and automated testing
Experience with LLMs, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Lead AI testing, statistical validation, distributed systems, and developer tools for EA SPORTS FC quality engineering.
