AI Machine Learning Software Engineer

Build AI/ML testing frameworks at Electronic Arts in Burnaby, BC, using Python, LLM evaluation, and automated validation checks. Work hybrid at least three days weekly.
As a Software Engineer III, you will help FC Quality Verification Engineering improve testing for EA-SPORTS FC. You will develop automation, evaluation tools, and machine learning solutions. The work includes generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and CI/CD integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build automated testing frameworks and validation checks
Integrate testing tools into CI/CD pipelines
Develop generative AI and LLM evaluation frameworks
Explore software behaviour and identify coverage gaps
Prototype machine learning and LLM capabilities
Requirements:
Five-plus years of professional software engineering experience
Two-plus years building, integrating, or evaluating AI/ML systems
In-depth LLM, generative AI, and NLP knowledge
Proficiency in Python, algorithms, testing, debugging, and version control

Experience with datasets, validation criteria, and error analysis
