Build Open Claw agent systems remotely with backend engineering and AI automation experience, choosing your schedule as a freelance contributor.
Outlier collaborates with AI organizations to train large language models as proactive, multi-step agents. As a Multi-Agent Systems Engineer, you will help teach systems to design, coordinate, and optimize complex architectural workflows. The work includes evaluating agent behavior through technical feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug traces produced by multi-step agents
- Stress test agents in complex scenarios
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
- Teach agents real-world architectural workflows
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
- Production-grade modular software development experience
- Experience with live, non-mocked environments
- Ability to assess multi-turn system interactions
