Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
- Stress test agents in complex workflows
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
- Two or more years of relevant engineering experience
- Build and maintain production-grade modular software
- Handle live, non-mocked multi-turn system interactions
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to technical detail
- Currently reside in an accepted applicant country
