As a Pipeline Infrastructure Intern, you will work with Disney mentors, technical directors, and software engineers. You will develop features, interfaces, and APIs for next-generation pipeline frameworks. The internship emphasizes object-oriented programming, user needs, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand workflows and propose solutions with technical directors
- Research ideas, build prototypes, and validate results
- Create interfaces detecting and resolving data integrity issues
- Expand APIs to improve user insight into data
- Document code and report project findings
- Pursue a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Use object-oriented programming, preferably Python
- Have UI and UX development experience
- Produce clear, testable code and troubleshoot effectively
- Communicate, collaborate, accept mentorship, and take direction
